Fertility Acupuncture in The Woodlands
Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or using IVF or IUI, acupuncture can be a supportive part of your fertility journey. At Vibe, we take an individualized approach that considers your cycle, overall health and where you are in the conception process.

How Acupuncture Supports Fertility
Acupuncture has long been used to support reproductive health by addressing the whole person, not just a single symptom. Treatment may help support healthy circulation to the reproductive organs, menstrual cycle regulation, stress management and overall hormonal and nervous system balance. For patients undergoing IVF or IUI, acupuncture can also be incorporated alongside their fertility treatment plan.
Fertility Acupuncture for Natural Conception
For those trying to conceive naturally, we look closely at your menstrual cycle, ovulation, symptoms, overall health and Chinese medicine patterns to create an individualized treatment plan. Acupuncture may be used to support cycle regularity, healthy blood flow and the conditions associated with reproductive wellness.
Acupuncture Support for IVF & IUI
For patients undergoing IVF or IUI, acupuncture can be coordinated with your fertility treatment plan and timed around important stages of the cycle. Treatment may focus on supporting circulation, managing stress, promoting relaxation and helping you feel your best throughout stimulation, retrieval, transfer and the waiting period.
When Should I Start Fertility Acupuncture?
Ideally, fertility acupuncture can begin about three to six months before trying to conceive or starting an IVF cycle, allowing time to support the menstrual cycle and overall reproductive health. But there is no “too late” many patients begin acupuncture during stimulation, before retrieval or around embryo transfer. Your treatment plan is personalized based on where you are in your fertility journey.

Fertility Acupuncture FAQS
How often should I get acupuncture for fertility?

Many patients come once or twice per week depending on their individual needs, where they are in their cycle, and whether they are trying naturally or preparing for IVF or IUI. Your treatment frequency is personalized to you.
When should I start acupuncture before IVF?

When possible, starting several weeks to six months before an IVF cycle gives us more time to work with your cycle and overall health. However, acupuncture can still be incorporated if your IVF cycle has already begun.
Can I do acupuncture around embryo transfer?

Yes. Acupuncture is commonly incorporated into fertility care around the time of embryo transfer. Your treatment timing can be coordinated with your fertility clinic’s schedule.
Do you treat fertility patients who are trying naturally?

Absolutely. Fertility acupuncture isn’t only for IVF. We work with patients trying to conceive naturally and recommend that patients first try naturally with acupuncture if possible before using IUI, IVF, or other assisted reproductive treatments.
